You Sure You Want To Download Songs???

Basically, this man named James Lewis, was sued by labels for downloading a song from a downloading engine called Kazaa.

He was sued by the labels in August 2007 after Media Setry flagged down his IP address from his computer at home, and into his ISP account. Then he never showed up in court and the RIAA filed for a default judgment in October. Initially, the judge declined to give the labels what they were looking for, instead scheduling a hearing to discuss the case.

Soon after the case, he was fined $3,000 plus an additional of $420 in court cost. He has been ban from any music recording related materials.

In summary, those of you who really want to download music from anywhere, you really should think about it.

I mean even in school, when you use special programs to download these songs. Watch out!
